Ich habe einen Sessel bestellt, der leider nicht passend war, sodass ich ihn retourniert habe. Auf dem Postweg der selbst zu bezahlenden Retoure ist der Stuhl scheinbar auseinander gefallen. Nun behauptet Moustache, ich hätte den Sessel in diesem Zustand in die Kiste gesteckt und zurückgeschickt, was aber absolut falsch ist und weigert sich, mir das Geld zurückzuzahlen. GLS sagt dazu „Wir haben den Transportverlauf in unserem System überprüft. Dabei haben wir keine Unregelmäßigkeiten wie Schadensscannungen oder ähnliches festgestellt. Der Empfänger hat die Ware bei der Anlieferung ohne Beanstandung übernommen und für den einwandfreien Erhalt seine Unterschrift geleistet.“. Auch der Österreichische Konsumentenschutz schrieb mir, dass es nicht zulässig ist, mir die Rückzahlung zu verweigern. Ist dem Kundenservice von Moustache alles komplett egal!Schlechter Kundenservice, schlechte Qualität! Bestellt dort niemals!

Really disappointing customer service. I ordered a chair and received a confirmation with misleading information. The company is neither willing to offer a suitable solution nor is taking responsibility. After several E-Mails the company has started to ignore me. Never experienced something like this before.

Where do I start? We received our order of ISOLA Shelves x 3 (by Studio BrichetZiegler), from Moustache Design Paris in white ceramic at a cost of €120.00. What arrived was not the product as described by Studio BrichetZiegler as per their website, but instead a poor duplication with missing parts, no designer markings, nor proper packaging. This is a product that is promoted to be made in Italy, however we would beg to differ. A response was never received from Moustache Design Paris, the product was sent back to them, and have yet to receive a reply or reimbursement. The picture is what we received. Best compare it with the designers. The one star is only to allow us to post in other words no star. Good luck! Update January 4, 2022: Received the reimbursement of €120.00 after spending €16,00 in delivery charges. Still no word from the shop about the disparity of their shelves compared to the designers original product. What can then be said of other designer products in store? Très décevant au regard du prix des tabourets BOLD, je me faisait une joie de le recevoir.Mon tabouret est livré endommagé avec un trou et aucune prise en charge ni échange du service client qui est d'une mauvaise foi absolue (accuse d'avoir moi-même fait un trou dans mon tabouret à 380 euros). Plus que décevant !!!
