I recently had the opportunity to work at LMC-HB Corp, and my experience was unfortunately less than satisfactory. While there were aspects that showed potential, there were notable concerns that need to be addressed for improvement.One of the challenges I encountered was the company's work management. There seemed to be a lack of coordination and oversight, resulting in multiple inefficiencies and inconsistencies in the project execution.Additionally, there was a claim of in-house fabrication, which I found to be misleading. My observation was that fabrication was outsourced to their shop in France, with the final product being sent to the Paterson NJ location. This raised questions about the transparency of the fabrication process.Safety is of paramount importance, yet I observed instances where safety protocols appeared to be overlooked. Adhering to industry regulations is crucial to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring the well-being of all involved.While the company claims to be master metalworkers, my experience led me to question this assertion. The quality of workmanship did not consistently reflect mastery of the craft.It's also important to note that fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment is essential. I observed instances of behavior that appeared to be prejudice towards those who were not of French origin.Based on my experience, there are areas that LMC-HB Corp could address to enhance their operations. It is my hope that they take constructive feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a positive experience for their clients and employees.
