It is very difficult to read some of the negative reviews here. For a business that relies on positive experiences I must say that they were a little unfair. Either the hotel has made vast improvements, some of the reviews were fake or the price point just attracts a difficult clientele. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in too hotels to shacks on the beach so I believe I have a fair perspective. The hotel feels fresh, clean and new and in a great location for the price point. Yes the rooms are small but perfectly workable a nice easy design and practical with heating system, hairdryer and a good hot shower. The sheets were very clean as was the room. It was very quiet. The breakfast was a nice surprise and I liked that it was typically French, fresh baguette, pain ou chocolate and plenty of coffee, juice, yoghurt and cheeses. The hotel staff are not professionally trained but are friendly and diligent. This hotel would suit couples and single travellers who want a quick stay to visit all the galleries and sites Paris has to offer. The hotel does not profess to be more than it is, a practical, clean, well located for a good price for Paris centre.

Un bon rapport qualité / prix pour ParisCe qui nous a plu : l’emplacement à la fois dans une rue calme, en plein centre et proche du métro ; une chambre globalement propre et épurée ; un personnel aimable et qui essaie de vous simplifier le séjour ; le tarif très correct du petit déjeuner ; un service de bagagerie en self service.Ce qui nous a moins plu : petite surface de la chambre (lit contre le mur donc pas pratique pour se lever) ; murs un peu fin donc vous entendez la douche de la chambre voisine ; très petit lavabo dans la salle d’eau

Hôtel très bien situé, dans une rue calme et peu passante. Bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre est petite mais confortable avec du rangement. La salle de bain est moderne bien que le lavabo soit un peu petit. Le personnel est charmant.Le petit déjeuné est simple mais correct.

They refused to turn on the A/C even though it’s stated the rooms are air conditioned, but somehow it started working during the night. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is fantastic, the wifi is lighting quick!

Arrived at this hotel after leaving one that had bedbugs. Completely the opposite experience! The place is very, very clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect, central but in a quiet sidestreet. Will definitely return in future, they saved our trip!

Réservation d'une semaine relativement agréable.Chambre jolie, propre et silencieuse.3 personnes a l'accueil : 2 femmes très agréable et pro1 jeune homme catastrophique( à peine bonjour, désagréable et au téléphone perso les 3 fois ou on à eu la chance de le croisé )En revanche pour visiter la ville l'emplacement est TOP !

Très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé ! L’équipe est également très sympathique. Je suis restée 2 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel et je pense y séjourner de nouveau si l’occasion se présente :)

This is a gem of a hotel. There’s only 5 rooms on each floor and iI don’t hear any of the other rooms on my floor.Everything is new and fresh. Staff were very nice. The area is on a small quiet one way street.Despite being on a small street there are a plethora of cafes nearby so you don’t have to get a cab/ride share to be able to enjoy a wide selection of Paris cuisine.It’s also about 4 minutes walk away from several Metro stations. And less than 3 from some bus stations.The one thing I don’t have a rave review about was the breakfast service, they offer a baguette and chocolate croissant with a small selection of yogurt, juice and coffee. Not bad as far as service goes, but I would have enjoyed a meat offering.Not sure how family friendly it is because of the room size.

Très déçue de la chambre qui tenait toutes ses promesses en photos mais qui se révèle être une cage à poule. On se sent à l'étroit. Nous qui voulions passer un week-end en amoureux on aurait été plus à l'aise à la maison !

Hotel is conveniently located in 3rd arr. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Room is quite small but cosy for solo traveller. Friendly staff as well. Will stay there again!

La chambre est petite mais bien (propre). Oubliez le petit déjeuner c’est tout simplement horrible. Par c9ntre le gérant est un tordu qui annule à posteriori les séjours si on a le malheur de faire un commentaire négatif sur Booking.com ceci pour empêcher le commentaire d’apparaitre. Depuis il refuse de me transmettre ma facture indispensable pour les comptes de ma société. J’ai saisi la répression des fraudes.

If you want a decently priced, clean, well maintained, centrally located and quiet place to stay in Paris, then this is perfect. Do not expect a big sized room, because obviously it is in one of the world's costliest cities and very conveniently located. 3 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.
