Loire Valley Gites

Loire Valley Gites is the perfect place for relaxation. It is surrounded by beautiful views which can be seen from all directions, and is so peaceful having exclusive use of the grounds. The heated swimming pool is a great addition to cool off on those hot summer days.The Gite really is a home from home with lovely furnishings, and has everything you could need. We enjoyed many BBQs in the outdoor seating areas with fresh meat and fish from the local markets.Due to the location, you do need to drive to visit anywhere but this suited us fine as we enjoy driving on the peaceful French roads. We loved visiting the beautiful French towns such as Saumur and Chinon, and also the weekly markets at Bourgueil and Langeais are well worth a visit.We enjoyed a lunchtime meal in the typical French restaurant Le Bouff'tard in Hommes where you get a three course meal and wine for a very reasonable price.The owners are very helpful in answering any questions and the website is great for advice on places to visit and eat etc.We will definitely be back!

Had a lovely week. Andrew and the team are awesome and considerate hosts. Janice was local and really helpful. Had lots of tips and ideas on things to do. Lovely warm pool. Hope to be back again!

A lovely rural setting surrounded by open countryside. Great choice of patio spaces, outside furniture and heated pool. The Gite is spacious inside and well equipped for eating in and BBQ-ing.Great place to visit and can’t wait to visit again very soon! ☀️
