Entrée discrète rue Cambon pour ce 5 étoiles avec bar et restaurant au rez de chaussé.Chambre un peu petite et un peu datée mais bien aménagée et accueillante (en-cas et bar offert). Personnel à l’écoute sans être pressant. Magnifique buffet de petit déjeuner. Terrasse au niveau du restaurant.

Hôtel confortable et bien situé. Staff agréable. Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus. Taille de la chambre et prix alignés sur le quartier.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with kinda staff. The outside garden was a great place to work for the day with excellent food. Rooms were clean. Overall very happy with my time there!

Very happy with my stay at Castille Paris. I was a guest during the tail end of the pandemic, and the staff was very welcoming. I arrived super early and the staff worked quickly to prepare my room well ahead of my check-in time. This was such a blessing as I was coming from a 9hr flight. The room was small but very cute! The location is next to all the luxury stores such as Chanel. Great hotel. Very luxurious.

Hôtel tout à fait ordinaire, situé au cœur des touristes. Pour une première arrivée à Paris peut être très pratique. De même pour les amateurs de Chanel ☺️situé à proximité) les chambres sont confortables, mais rien de spécial. Solide 4, nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner, donc je ne peux pas évaluer. Il y a côte à côte beaucoup de café avec un bel aspect ☺️

The staff at this hotel were all kind and wonderful. I'm not fluent in English or French, but the staff here explained things to me carefully, and thanks to that I was able to have a comfortable stay.

One of the standout features of this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. The team at the Hotel Castille Paris went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay. They were always available to answer my questions and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.Another highlight of this hotel is the delicious breakfast. The breakfast buffet was full of tasty options, and the quality of the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fresh croissants and coffee.The rooms at the Hotel Castille Paris were also very good. They were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean.Finally, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Paris, the Hotel Castille Paris is within walking distance of many of the city's most popular attractions, including the Louvre Museum and the Champs-Elysées.Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel Castille Paris to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and conveniently located hotel in Paris. une catastrophe cet hotel ! déjà problème de réservation puis une chambre (217) a déconseiller: exiguë, a coté du staff du personnel donc réveil a 7h du matin plus une vue sur une dalle !!!je suis parti sans avoir mes œufs sur le plat après trois réclamations et je peux continuer exemple 1 chocolat chaud servi en fin de petit déjeuner le deuxième jour !Au final un prix de 5 étoiles sans le service avec la surface de chambre genre Ibis (2 étoiles)a oublier !!!!

We are so happy we choose Castille for our Paris trip! We went with our 18 year old son and chose the junior suite duplex. It was so spacious! He had the downstairs sofa bed which he said was so comfortable and we had the loft bedroom upstairs. The hotel is beautiful, well appointed and in a perfect location! Right next to Chanel and across the street from the Ritz. The restaurant, L'Assaggio, was delicious and was recognized byMichelin in 2020. Most importantly, the staff was kind, patient and accommodating! Well done! When we return to Paris, we will stay with you again!Kendall, Terry & Porter

Demi-journée séminaire qui s'est bien passée sans fautes de goût. salle de réunion fonctionnelle et bien décorée, accueil et service de qualité. Suivi d'un cocktail du soir : l'apéritif au champagne, un repas fin et délicat bien accompagné par des bons vins. Toute l'équipe a été disponible , souriante et efficace.

This was our first time staying here at this hotel. We love the location and have stayed at many hotels in this Arrondissement. The staff and the room staff are very responsive and friendly and the service is excellent. A nice shout out to Shermine and Rebecca who were wonderful hostesses for our stay.There is a full service restaurant and we also loved the breakfast. Including complimentary water and soft drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch. We also liked the champagne or mimosa with breakfast. Do not miss the house made madeleines by Jean-Luc.It was also very nice to meet the GM, Alessandra, who inquired and cared that we had a nice stay. We will stay here again.

We loved staying at this hotel but unfortunately had a bad experience after money was stolen from our room. We had noticed a night prior to the incident, our key that was put in the room to keep the power on was missing. We didn't think much of it and requested another key. The next day we left our room and came back after lunch and we noticed our cash was missing from a piece of luggage. It was a mistake to not have the cash in the safe, however, when we brought this to the attention of management, we were gaslit into believing it was our fault. We requested to see who had accessed our room, and saw that someone using our key ( the key that was taken from the room the night prior) had been used to access our room when we were NOT at the hotel. We told management this and they insisted we were lying, it wasn't until I showed them timestamped photos and uber logs that they saw we were not at the hotel during the time someone entered our room. After 3 days of going back and forth with management, and getting the police involved, the hotel offered to compensate us for the money missing. We never received this compensation to date, and will not be staying here again.Things happen, but the way that the management insisted we were lying and acted as if it was impossible for money to go missing was honestly ridiculous. The hotel itself is quaint and beautiful, but their accountability for their staff is lacking.
