Worst airline experience. Terrible customer service. We waited in line to check our bags for over 2 hours. They allowed some non priority members to check their bags in the priority line while other non priority members were not allowed to do so. No explanation for why certain people were given special treatment or why the wait was so long other than incompetence and extreme lack of organization.

This is my second trip with British Airlines, and they've surprised me again. I obtained a reduced airfare here, as usual, and all of my questions were swiftly handled.

Doesn’t get any worse than this. BA opens flights check ins 2.5 hours before flight departure so flights get naturally delayed because they not only are very slow at the counter but people can’t get through all check points quickly enough.Never again!

They only let you check in 2 hours before your departure time. So don't show up early unless you want to sit in line for an hour on the cold Paris floor. If you want comfort don't fly British.

All flights had well- organised and quick check-in, boarding, and in-flight services, and all workers were attentive when needed but left you alone when you wanted it. British Airways' whole crew was great and really kind.
