Hôtel Mercure Mont-Saint-Michel
Great location to visit Mont St Michel. Hotel fine and room comfy.We were not able to check in until 1.5 hrs after allotted time. Told we could get a drink in the bar but no offer to pay for these. We had a b&b package but travel plans changed so unable to have breakfast. Given above issue thought the hotel would refund us but they denied our request

Rated 3 stars out of 5 because there was a mix of pros and cons, and ultimately I’m doubtful of how good value this hotel was, especially for a 4* hotel. The location (close to Mont St Michel) is probably the only reason why you would stay here.Pros:- Hotel is one of the best located for visiting Mont St Michel, which is a 30-minute walk away or a 5-minute ride on the free shuttle bus.- Water refill fountains throughout the hotel.- We had breakfast included and there was a range of hot and cold drinks, pastries, bread, cheese and hams, yoghurt, fruit and hot items (eggs, bacon, sausages).- The bathroom facilities were good.- Mini bar / fridge provided in rooms.- Lots of TV channels available.Cons:- Rooms were not the cleanest. There were hairs on the floor and blood on the toilet flush buttons.- Rooms are accessed via a key, not an electronic card, and they only have one key per room. This can be inconvenient when there is more than one person sharing the room.- No lift to the rooms and toilets on the first floor.- The quality of the hot food items at breakfast was poor.

Great location, very close to the shuttle bus bus stop.Service by the lady at reception was subpar. She doesn't seem to want to be there. Customer Service should be more passionate and accommodating rather than being very cold.I was also surprised that a 4-star hotel does not have a safety box in the rooms. Toilet space was very narrow, I can barely sit properly on the toilet.Breakfast was sound, more hot dishes would be more pleasant.

Great hotel in superb location. Room very clean and tidy. Good wifi. Very easy access to the free shuttle bus that transports you to the Mont. Parking not free however an access code was emailed to us before arrival. Dinner at restaurant very good. Breakfast also excellent. Last stayed here in 2006 - coming from New Zealand.

Hôtel Mercure Mont-Saint-Michel
Excellent hôtel bien situé et au service impeccable. Le dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel nous a très agréablement surpris. Qualité et originalité des plats vraiment au top et pas pour un prix astronomique auquel on pourrait s'attendre dans un lieu aussi touristique. Service au restaurant parfait avec peu d'attente entre chaque plat même si deux groupes étaient présents ce soir là.

Je ne l'ai pas fréquenté durant mon séjour au Mont St Michel.En effet nous avions constaté (à la vue de son infrastructure) que cet hôtel était plus luxueux mais moins pittoresque que le nôtre. Nous avions voulu prendre deux petits déjeuners payants, mais on nous a dit froidement à la réception, que ce n’était possible que pour les résidents de l’hôtel. Nous étions déçus; car à quelques mètres de l’’entrée de l’hôtel, un très grand panneau indiquait le prix du petit déjeuner que l’on y servait. Finalement nous nous sommes dirigés en face à la Brioche Dorée, où le petit déjeuner était tout à fait à notre goût.Vous avez votre réponse

J y ai travaille il y a quasi 28ans purée pour boire un coup il faut faire le tour de la caserne le mont à changé mais pas eu bien 10mn pour être servi c est abusé et quand on cherche un bar on vous dit que c'est fermé.,ils disent qu'ils ne bossent pas mais ne font rien quand il y a du monde franchement ..........c était mieux avant sa fait 15ans que j y était pas retourné mais c est déplorable

Bien situé, chambre et salle d'eau très propre, petit déjeuner variés et bien achalandé avec un accueil très souriant. Par contre un matelas avec des vagues" visibles : pas d'accord.Accueil au restaurant pas à la hauteur

Hôtel très agréable avec des chambres bien aménagées et confortables à 2,5 kms du mont accessible à pied ou en navette. Un personnel à l'écoute.Le petit déjeuner excellent dans l'établissement attenant.

Tout était complet aux alentours et nous nous sommes retrouvées devant une barrière qui délimite le secteur La caserne". Pour avoir accès à cette zone. il faut un code délivré par un des nombreux hôtels haut de gamme situés dans cette zone

Hôtel Mercure Mont-Saint-Michel
Mérite beaucoup mieux que sa note actuelle de 4,1. La chambre que nous avions (avec vue sur le parc arrière et non le parking à éviter) était très confortable et spacieuse. Comme toujours chez Mercure une excellente literie. Un service impeccable à l’hôtel et au restaurant le Pré Salé où nous avons excellemment dîné pour un tarif par personne approchant quand même 60 € (entrée, plat principal, dessert et une bouteille de vin pour 6). Très bien placé en face de la navette pour accéder au Mont St Michel. Même si l’hôtel n’a aucun caractère nous avons trouvé que son confort était le bienvenu pour la fin de notre périple vélo.

We had to change room after we find out the toilet in the first room we assigned wasn't working, which was an inconvenience. The hotel provides WIFI, but the connection is not consistent. I'll lose connection every 2 minutes and the internet speed was extremely slow - not even good enough for google maps. Also, their hot water capacity is very small/low so in the evening, water was lukewarm at best. I had to shower in cold water after coming from cold windy evening walk which makes me very unsatisfied. They suggest to visit the restaurant right next to the hotel, and the restaurant was also not so great compared to their price point. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:Comfortable bed.Free drinking water available in the corridor.Close to shuttle stop.Breakfast was excellent.Cons:When we arrived lady on reception wasn’t nice enough, she didn’t seem to like children.

Nous avons passé deux nuits a l'hôtel Mercure du mont st Michel hôtel très propre ,très belle chambre personnel très souriant très aimable et très serviable très a l'écoute je recommande les yeux fermés ainsi que le restaurant à côté qui nous on servi de très bons petits déjeuners

Amazing hotel, so close to Mont Saint-Michel, lovely restaurant in nice surroundings. A great place to stop over for 24hrs - great breakfast.
