BREZZO - THE PLUMBER FROM HELLOn their website they say they speak English. The person answering the phone started by saying he did not speak English!They arrived within the hour, but then left to buy parts and returned seven hours later. I had stressed before they left that I had to go out at 4pm. They returned at 4.15pm. They said they would finish within 15 minutes. At 4.35pm I could not wait any longer and had to leave them alone in my apartment to finish.The charge was almost 600 euros. They spent at most one hour on the job. There was a call-out charge of 180 euros. Nothing mentioned about this on the website!They told me a pack of lies confirming they would finish by 4pm.Their emails were in French despite their 'speaking English'. They have stopped answering my emails since I started querying the cost.They are rotten from the top down.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
