It's a blessing to have such a wide variety of yoga, fitness and dance classes available at such an affordable price. The teachers are super welcoming and knowledgable, and it's wonderful to practice in such a friendly community atmosphere.

J'adore AYF, système très flexible, réservation en ligne, prix des crédits très abordables et dégressifs, possibilité d'annuler une résa jusqu'à 12 h avant. Profs compétents et adorables.

I have practiced Yoga with them several times, and I have worked with them a couple of times too. I can tell you that Affordable Yoga is by far the best place to pactice yoga in Paris! You have very affordable yoga with amazing, humble and down-to-earth teachers. Indoors classes, outdoors classes, retreats... I just love them!

Once you'll have paid a 5-session pack, don't be surprised if your favourite class gets cancelled indefinitely, with no explanation or refund.

I would only recommend the classes to people that already know about yoga and how to do the different asanas. There were very little explanations on how to do the postures exactly right. I suppose you could do more damage than good by doing yoga the wrong way. Most importantly, no corrections of your postures were done by the teacher. This is not surprising, if the class size is too big, one teacher obviously does not have the capacity to oversee all of them.

Service client déplorable (ne répond pas aux mails), salles surpeuplées (on fait du yoga avec les pieds de son voisin d'en face au niveau du visage). Prix abordables certes ... mais donc ceci explique cela.

Great class! The room is large and has a wooden floor, knowledgeable teacher and great value for price. Bring your own mat, there a toilet facilities to change.

I know AFY for over a year and I tried different courses ...The teachers are very attentive and high quality !The atmosphere of the cours is very good and the rates incredibly low !Test, you will come back !For sure :)
