I was very impressed by the excellent service provided by Domitia Tours of Nimes.As I cannot speak French (for me, there seems to be a total disconnect between how French words are spelt and how they are pronounced by the French) I booked a return trip from Nimes to Uzes over the internet. All subsequent communications were by SMS (text messages) in English.Domitia Tours were very reliable (important when you cannot speak the language and have a reservation on the TGV), turning up well before the requested time on both occasions. We enjoyed a safe and comfortable ride in a Mercedes van size vehicle which easily accommodated all our luggage. The driver had an excellent local knowledge and spoke good English which made the trip much more interesting. The price was also very reasonable for the service.As vehicles are not permitted into the medieval centre of Uzes, we greatly appreciated being dropped off at the closest point to our accommodation and the explanation of how to find the apartment accompanied by a demonstration on the GPS map
