Completely incompetent. They give you 4 days to pay the toll (which in my opionion was also not calculated the wring way....0.00 % VAT = 0.00 € and not 48.00 €). You ask for the weird calculation, no reply. They give you the option to pay 75 € on the fith day, take your money and send the parcel back to the sender.Sorry, DPD and TDX are a 100 % guarantee for trouble - keep your hands off.

My parcel (DPD) 15504411982095 been stuck in this place since the 3rd of june!!! Still in transit and no news at all!! Terrible service!!Today 12/07/2021 the parcel it's still lost. We request the return of the parcel in Uk. They lying on the phone. Probably the lost the parcel or just stole it. You can see from the many reviews, they're not good. Scammers.Edit: I sent already an email about it few days ago, no reply!! I even tried to call you. Clowns.

My parcel 15505377164841 is stucked at hesingue since 2th march, is saying in transit but I didn't receive any news and should've been delivered more than 20 days ago. Could you please let me know what's happening? I paid the customs fees and after that my parcel is disappeared!

ORDER 15505473328245 Urgent package stuck in customs from the 22nd, no updates on website, wont pickup phone. Package was supposed to be delivered by Friday of last week I need it by the end of this week but I have not received any updates.EDIT: Its too late now needed the parcel before Friday now am forced to spend extra money on another phone case. Incredibly disappointing.
