Stephan est une personne possédant une très grande expérience professionnelle dans le milieu. Il est agréable, sympathique et partage avec passion ses connaissances. Il sait s’adapter avec beaucoup de psychologie aux personnes qu’il côtoie dans son activité, cela fait que l’on se sens rapidement détendu et en bonne compagnie à ses côtés.Nous avons passé des moments agréables et très instructifs.

We found Stephan with a Google search. We are very happy we did. Stephan is fluent in english and communicated all the pre-arrival items via email and arrived promptly on time to pick us up for our wine tasting tour. We enjoyed excellent conversation while experiencing the Bordeaux Medoc region countryside and various Chateaus/Vineyards. As well as being a very experienced sommelier, he is extremely well connected and respected in the region. Our day consisted of scheduled private tours and private tastings at various Chateaus/Vineyards throughout the region - we were able to see the fermentation rooms and barrel rooms as well as tasting in the tasting rooms. He made reservations at the vineyards and he consciously choose vineyards from areas a bit of a distance from each other so that we could compare the different complexities and tastes of wines from different terroir and different methods of production. This is exactly what we wanted - Stephan will customize your tour based on what your interests are. While driving between tastings he also educated us on the history of the areas and different aspects of the wines and different types of vineyards. He made a lunch reservation at an exceptional restaurant so we were able to experience a quintessential delicious French lunch paired with a great wine - something which HAS to be done while in France. The next day after our tour, Stephan sent us a personalized PowerPoint presentation complete with pictures, maps, facts and detailed information from our tour the day before - we really appreciated this and think it is very professional. All in all it was a delicious, fascinating, extremely educational, beautiful, picturesque and unforgettable experience.
