We really enjoyed our stay at Marriot in Cannes. Hotel is well digitalized for nowdays, clean and modern but authentic style and decor. The rooms are spacious, and very confortable beds which is the key advantage of marriot chain. Of course the prime location on Le Croisette with beautiful views from the terrace and rooftop is a must. A special thanks to Nara and Julia from the reception who made our check in and check out more pleasent and easy going.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cannes thanks to the JW Marriott — as others have said the restaurant is amazing and their breakfast is truly spectacular… On par with some of the best properties in Southeast Asia. Our room was comfortable and the AC worked well.Four stars only because the fitness center / gym needs an update. The Techno-Gym machine has a broken cable and is unusable, and the lack of free weights is a real disappointment. Aside from a small barbell with weight up to 26kg, you can select from either an elliptical, rowing machine, or treadmill.

Everything was super at this hotel. It was clean, the concierge was beyond accommodating and helpful. They set up all reservations and gave us varying options for our taste. It was my husbands birthday and our anniversary and the concierge picked up a bottle of my husband’s favorite wine and had the hotel send up desserts for each occasion. Excellent service all around! The breakfast and servers were also outstanding.

Amazing hotel, beach front in Cannes. Location is the best. No parking, have to park in a private underground one street behind -- expensive parking.

We found the JW Marriott disappointing. We booked it for our anniversary with Marriott points. We might have had better service if we had used cash instead. No upgrade, the room had no view and there was no early check in or late checkout and there was no lounge where we could wait for our room to become available. As a titanium elite member I was disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to other members especially if you are celebrating a special occasion unless you are Brad Pitt. If you are Brad Pitt you probably would have better luck.

Definitely not a 5 stars hotel. The staff was very slow at the check-in and the room was not ready at our arrival, which was in the afternoon. Moreover, they offered us a different room respect to the one reserved, obviously at an higher price. Really bad service for such an hospitality chain as JW. Beside this, we had the Easter brunch at Stephanie beach club, leaving at beach reception a € 5.000,00 worth Bottega Veneta coat which was damaged in the end. The beach club staff declined any responsability, being really rude regarding our requests for assistance. Again; really poor level for the price they’re asking for.

Everything was good. A little expensive for my taste. I'm a country boy so it's probably just me. I didn't enjoy the food. It was very well prepared but just not my preference. Customer service is amazing. Staff extremely nice and helpful.

Top hotel! Top location! Top friendly service! Great breakfast. Love the green garden with all the flowers on their popular terrace. Perfect for breakfast and lunch. Martineze is beautiful and luxurious in a comfortable way! This is our favorite hotel in Cannes.
