Compagnie d’escrocs. 450 euros juste pour modifier un prénom d’une de mes filles avant l’enregistrement (erreur de saisie lors de la réservation) et bien évidemment aucune réponse à ma réclamation il y a deux semaines . Compagnie à fuir

I hate this company, only had problems, and now they are charging even for the hand luggage, which makes it more expensive than other companies.

I think this could pass for a food movie: cheap airline company poses as independent but is really owned by large conglomerate airline networks. Their sole purpose is to delay, stall and upset in order to elevate the larger clients, enrage passengers for hopes of airport drama, keep traffic flowing better, and collect data including traffic and passenger patterns. Of course I can name more but this is a good start. Kind of like traffic apps that send you in circles not to save you time in case of high traffic but to elevate the flow. No flight can go without a hitch and an experiment to see whether people will still fly it because of the price (regardless of terrible issues) or not choose it again is being counted. Not a bad plot. Our bags took 2 hours to arrive and many missed our flights. They said it was due to low staff but the same staff helped baggage for every other airline and they had more people at their counter than others, and more flight attendants and pilots entered the plane than I’ve seen on AA flights twice as large.

Compagnie à éviter et a banir !!!! Lors de mon dernier voyage et suite à une grève de contrôleurs aériens ils ont laissé un avion entier se débrouiller sans aucune solution proposée ! Une honte !!!!Suite à ma réclamation ils refusent même de rembourser le billet!
