Sarah Ward Massage Therapy

What started as a birthday treat on a ski trip, has turned into a regular booking every year! That says it all! Sarah is excellent at massage - she gives us new legs mid-week!! She is very knowledgeable about health and well-being generally, so we enjoy chatting to her and she’s great at giving advice on stretches etc. Professional, friendly and conveniently comes to the chalet, we highly recommend Sarah. A ski trip wouldn’t be the same without her.

Sarah is fantastic, she listened and adapted her massage to suit me (I can't handle a strong one)... My friend really wanted a proper strong sports massage and she did, he was really happy too ... She is super easy to speak with and really looks after you personally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend !!

We needed a mobile massage therapist for our chalets and Sarah was highly recommended by another therapist.Our guests love her and often book her again during their stay. They all say she is very adaptable to what they require as opposed to a one size fits all method.I also use her now myself on a regular basis and she is excellent, not only at sorting out all my niggles, but also at suggesting stretches and exercises to help too.Prompt, professional and very approachable, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.
