Extremely angry and surprised. I tried to get an appointment to get the ID cards of my sons. After waiting for 9 minutes the lady on the phone gave me a local phone number to call in case the call dropped while she tried to put me through with the assistant that would actually give me the appointment. Of course the call dropped and the phone number she gave me was non existent!!! So basically, I called a number that is completely irrelevant just to spend more than 3 euros per minute and be waiting for 10 minutes. A call that is going to cost me over 30 euros for no reason! At the end I had to get my appointment online. A total scam!!!!!
