MAGASIN MOTO : MX FACTORY

DELAYS TO ORDER BECAUSE OF SUPPLIER ISSUES BUT COMMUNICATION NOT GOOD ENOUGHEDITED: Item received 23rd April. A delay was expected because this item had to be imported from USA so i have no problem. However, MX-Factory's communication with customers really needs to improve. I received no response until i left a one star review. A estimated delivery date was given but this passed with no warning from mx factory. Finally after pestering them for a few days they did message me back with ANOTHER ETA and this time the item was delivered with no problems.ORIGINAL: I made an order on 23rd Jan and have not had any communication from the company since my order confirmation. I have repeatedly emailed and messaged on Facebook with no response.

Un magasin a qui j'aurais pu mettre 5 étoiles mais des dates de livraison ( pour la mécanique de la moto ou pour une pièce commander jamais respecter) sinon de bons diagnostics par contre vérifier les vis quand vous récupèrez votre machine en deux balades plusieurs vis perdues et je parle pas du coup de ceux mal serrés car j'ai du tous les verifier un peu peur de serrer apparemment. Sinon de bons conseils et encore une fois de bons diag
