Petit hôtel sympa très bien situé avec hammam et saunaNous étions 3 amis et avons séjourné 2 nuits dans la chambre n°14 en attique. Très belle surface avec 2 salles de bain entièrement rénové

Hôtel de charme très bien situé dans Colmar, qui propose de jolies chambres et un superbe petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est très agréable.

Un hôtel agréable et un personnel accueillant et chaleureux sauf la patronne d'une froideur incroyable qui ne décroche pas un mot et qui n'a aucun sens de l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les viennoiseries excellentes. Chambres pas très bien insonorisées et quelques réparations à faire... mais ça ne m'a pas empêché de bien dormir dans un lit hyper confortable. Ça ne vaut tout de même pas les étoiles attribuées à l'hôtel. Le lieu est une ancienne pharmacie (dommage mais rien n'a été gardé) et est situé tout près de la vieille ville (au bout de la rue)... Ne vaut pas toutes ses étoiles ...

Funky hotel in center of Colmar. Old home converted to hotel with mid century look in an old place. Rooms are decent. Great beds, air conditioning, coffee machine teapot and fridge with water provided. Breakfast extra charge... room was too small, limited offerings..one person there

Worst “4-star hotel” I’ve ever been. Room facilities are fine. But the reception doesn’t have anyone when we arrived and when we check out. And parking is away from the hotel. And we have to return the card after leaving the parking lot. And!!!! We still need to pay 7.2 euro even if we paid for parking at the hotel !!!!! What the hell??? And the worst part is the breakfast. It costs 14 per person and doesn’t even have scrambled eggs, or any basic green veggies like cucumber. I can’t believe this is what a four star hotel can offer for breakfast. Don’t they feel ashamed ?

Very beautiful modern hotel, very clean and well situated in the center of Beaune, but it was not a 4 stars hotel: the sofa bed was cracking at each moves at night, only two towels, two tea cups and coffee cup while we were with 3. Not enough showers products (only for one person). It also says there is a parking but no place when we arrive so we had to go a nearby parking, for two days/nights and no reduction offered. If those things are improved it will be better.

I have been trying to leave an honest review, but for some reason, Google keeps saying it won’t post. So, to sum up my review…. The hotel is in the center, it was truly the best location. The staff members were kind, a few spoke English. The hotel staff had excellent communication prior to arrival. I inquired about our small dog and parking at a nearby garage. The staff had the parking card ready when we arrived. There is a loading zone in front of the hotel. We dropped our luggage off and then we parked our car. It was a 2min walk to the hotel from Parking Rapp Garage.We were appreciative of the room upgrade, interesting room the way the bathtub was right when you entered. The room was just enough space for a couple and a small dog. We liked having the balcony.A few of the downfalls that should be noted is the shower drained slow, it would overflow to the outside of the shower door. The hot water was super tricky, it was either too hot or cold. Last was the Wi-Fi, it was hit or miss, and pretty slow.We did not have breakfast, but there are so many cute cafes nearby! We enjoyed our stay even with the tiny issues.
