Sold me a defective device. I have a legally registered disability and the Nano was not cheap. I have tried to get any support but they simply do not care once they have your money. They want to sell their devices and systems but refuse to offer sufficient support.I have a legally registered disability, have all my ID for proof of identity and disability, and yet they refuse to offer the LEGALLY MANDATED accommodation as per Canadian market rules and laws.EDITED: They reached me via email and arranged to have one sent to me, they have since been good about support. They still only operate over email but I am satisfied now that they have provided a solid solution such that I can upgrade my review from 1 start to 4 stars. Please ensure you keep emailing them if you have issues, it took quite a while for a response for me but it could be that they're just busy (but still, if so, please hire more support agents).
