Absolument inutile. Sur 6 livraisons, aucune n'est arrivées dans le centre de consigne de Ferney et toutes ont été renvoyées au centre à Saint Genis. Le système est dysfonctionnel et insuffisant en l'état.

Service difficile à recommander lorsqu'à deux reprises, aucun code ne m'a été transmis pour récupérer le colis malgré plusieurs appels à la Poste pour obtenir ce code. Mes colis ont été retourné à l'expéditeur. Je n'utiliserai plus ce service à l'avenir.
