Rob is the business. A genuine proper Yoga professional. No dangling crystals or vague new age holistic pseudo-nonsense. Just real experienced knowledgeable time-served yoga expertise from someone who has studied with the best. I was a total beginner (still am, actually) but he has helped me to get far more supple and flexible - at the age of 55 with a bad back.
