The service I received was outstanding. From the first email sent to the day of service. Very professional. I am in the US, every email was responded to promptly. The day before service I received a confirmation email along with our drivers name. Christophe was outstanding. He was prompt on the day of service, very friendly, spoke English very well and best of all hooked us up at a wonderful restaurant in Champagne only 5 minutes from our tour at Billecarte-Salmon. Outstanding service from Paris Platinum Service!

We were very happy with the service that we received. Farid was an excellent driver and the S Class was spotless. It made the 2 hour ride through morning rush hour traffic in Paris, after a transatlantic flight pleasant! I highly recommend Paris Platinum and the high level of service that they provide.

TOP NOTCH service, email response times, and flexibility to adjust to ever changing schedules of biz travelers including adjusting during the overnight hours to accommodate a delay in one of the travelers flight plans.
