Atelier la Tour des Bidoux
I visited Jess’s studio in The Dordogne about two years ago to view her pieces on sale and in her own permanent collection. I went on a viewing day and again on another day when her teaching studio was attended by some of her inspired students. The ceramic work from this studio is unique. The decorative quality shows technical skill and understanding. All the work represents the ceramic artist’s integrity, her interest in the female form and her love for her environment. Well worth a visit.

Een prachtige locatie en totaal verzorgd verblijf met de mogelijkheid van het volgen van een keramiek cursus.Daarna heerlijk toeven in de tuin of een wandeling in de prachtige omgeving.Dat klinkt toch als een ideale vakantie ?!

Set in a beautiful garden, you work in à well equipped, cool, stone built studio, perfect for small groups to work on collective or individual projects. Jessie is an encouraging tutor, highly knowledgeable and an artist in her own right. Her work is stunning. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Atelier la Tour des Bidoux
Atelier La Tour Des Bidoux is the perfect place to practice or learn how to work with clay. A dear little studio set in the rolling Dordogne countryside provides beauty and tranquility and Jessie is a most talented sculptress and a brilliant and patient teacher, whatever your standard. I had already done some classes but had never attempted to sculpture a figure. I couldn't recommend if more and would be going every week if I could. Dee Foster (Dexterlady)

I love the colours , the details, the wimsicawh themes. It's imaginative, interlocking, with one image leading into another.Sentitive creative figure's with animals relating with each other.. An enjoyable experience.

Atelier la Tour des Bidoux
I do a monthly ceramics class with Jessie and I love it. She is so knowledgeable, talented and accommodating. I’ve been making a series of tiles over a number of months but you can easily make a one-off piece in a day. My mum and sister came for one class during their holiday in the Dordogne and really enjoyed it. Great for any level of experience and affordable too. I really recommend it!
