This student dormitory was built in 2005, with a colourful design. Studio rooms are arranged reasonably, making the most of space, each room has a window facing the garden or the street. Each building has 4 floors, with elevator. Right in front of the building is bus stop 35, moving about 700m is Unitec tram station, making transportation convenient and safe. Every day, there is a janitor to clean the common area, sometimes the caretaker cuts the lawn and trims the trees, so this dormitory is always clean. Green trees are planted in the yard and along the path, but in my opinion, there are few trees in this area.

La pire connexion internet possible du crous toujours d'excellente connexion dans mes anciens appartements mais celui-ci abominable de plus tu appelles le service qui ne change rien à la donne 1 2 3fois mais toujours aucun changements de plus il y a des prises Ethernet mais les bâtiments ne délivre pas Ethernet si jamais vous avez besoin d'une bonne connexion internet je vous le déconseille

Compared to my neighbors, especially in wing C2, my room in wing C1, has many things to be fixed yet! Moisture in my bathroom (I complained but can’t get it fixed until next year - when I am probably gone- ) There’s been this recurrent hot water problem recently and life in this dormitory is no longer as fun as it was meant to be. I wonder why my neighbors give it 5 stars! We are not paying cheap either for a 20m square so, sorry but I am giving you, for what it’s worth, 1 star!
