We can highly recommend Alpine Eco as we have used them on several occasions for a renovation programme, an extention and during the past year for a new build. Any new build is demanding but in times of a pandemic can be very complex!. Their professionalism, commitment and response has been invaluable, where stocks have ruptured in one country they have sourced a direct equivalent from another country to keep the project on target. Right from the initial meeting you will find a company with a fantastic approach and a listening ear to hear what the client wants to achieve. Their knowledge of what is permissable in each town is incredible, however they are always happy to approach the department of Urbanism to ask if there is something specific you want to see if there is any room for compromise, Attention to detail and ensuring throughout that the detail and standard is maintained. The property has achieved a rating AA energy performance certificate. Anyone wishing to view this construction is welcome and will be accompanied by Mr Callow.

We engaged with Alpine ECO to assist with the renovation of a large farm in Saint Gervais in 2014. It transpires that the owner of Alpine Eco is not a qualified architect, but actually specialises in Mechanical Engineering.Aside from the misunderstanding of their profession, we had what we thought was a good working relationship. This was until we got to the handover of the chalet. We are still closing out the final bits and even though they have had nearly 75,000 euros in fees they have decided to walk away from the project.Make sure you retain as much of their fee as possible (until handover), to keep them engaged in your project

Having worked with Alpine Eco on several projects (supplier side and currently as a client on a new build chalet) I cannot recommend Alpine Eco enough.Taking the decision to build a new chalet earlier this year, I can say, now permission is in and granted everything went like clockwork. All schedules were kept, the cost outline initially given was adhered too and the final set of plans (which we will hand over to the construction company) are great and are exactly what we wanted.Throughout the process Alpine Eco dealt with every change or query we had in a timely manner, site meetings to go over physical layout we really helpful and the 3d modelling provided gave a real sense of the space we will create. Weekly emails and updates were provided and overall we had a great experience.Appointing Alpine Eco to take care of planning for us was the best choice we could have made.Navigating permission's, local rules, sourcing the best local contractors, best practices etc are extremely difficult and local knowledge from a company like Alpine Eco is priceless.

Incredibly happy with the final result and the relationship during the planning of our project. Alpine Eco were very receptive to our needs and designed a house that we now love living in. With numerous planning challenges the team reacted and found solutions to overcome them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a contemporary build with a fine eye for details.
