Highly recommend Buggs - always my No. 1 choice for car hire in Bergerac. I've used this company over the years when commercial flights first started at the airport and they've always been super helpful and efficient. My latest rental in late July was a last minute booking and the team went over and above to get me the car I requested. Huge shout out to Simon for the great customer support and service at Bergerac! Lovely cars, always very well maintained, clear paperwork and online booking system - these guys get my vote every time!

Hired a car from Limoges airport, it was a very easy experience. We hired a large SUV type car very clean and easy to drive. We were provided with a map for the nearest petrol station and we had no issues on return.Very happy customers, we will see you again!

Very relieved to be able to post a positive review of buggs car hire after having had a dreadful experience last year with an international car hire firm which I shall not name! Flew into Bergerac airport where collection could not have been easier. The office is directly outside the airport arrivals building so no long walk to the car, which was a bonus with our two young children. Gentleman in the office was friendly and gave us the information we needed before sending us on our way. Thankfully, there was no upselling or intimidation regarding insurances we supposedly needed and the transaction was completed within 5 minutes rather than 90 as per previous car hire experience last year. The car was clean and easy to drive.Return was equally laid-back and quick. I'd have no hesitation in hiring through buggs again. Thank you for a very easy and positive experience.

Hired for 2 weeks in September. We were very pleased with Buggs, booking online was very straight forward. Collection & return even better, no queues in & out in less than 5 minutes. The car was the model we asked for even though we were told it could not be guaranteed. The fuel policy was very fair (pick up full & then return full) with no extra charges.The guy in the office was very friendly & helpful. All in all I would highly recommend. When we are next in Bergerac we'll definitely use them again. Pity all hire companies are not like this!

Used Buggs back in March when our flight home from Limoges was unexpectedly cancelled and we had to spend an extra 4 days in France (We had already handed back the keys for our first hired car which was booked through Ryanair and it had been hired out to someone else)Buggs were brilliant! and quickly found us a suitable car. The guy was friendly and helpful and even helped us with our luggage.We had such a good experience with them that we vowed then to use them in the future and we took a card from their desk.So now we have just booked with them for June and have been delighted with how simple and efficient they are making the whole process! Today, I got our confirmation coupon which consisted of 2 pages of necessary information instead of the reams of unnecessary waffle most hire firms dole out.We are well impressed and intend to use Buggs every time we come to France!
