Le magasin est logiquement ouvert 24h/24 7j/7 je mets sur l’application de 18h a 21h15 on me dit une fois sur place que je dois venir récupérer à 20h45… à 20h37 sur le chemin vers le magasin pour récupérer on m appele pour me mettre la pression et me dire de venir prendre mes valises le lendemain car le magasin va fermé. Sachant que je rentrais en Thalys en Belgique quelques minutes apres cela était impossible. Certains des magasins devraient etre + contrôler

Un po’ difficile da trovare, non ti aspetti che il deposito sia un minimarket. La consegna ed il ritiro dei bagagli sono andati bene e non ci sono stati problemi.

I went to the right place and the store was closed. So, I am waiting for the reimbursement because I didn’t use the service. I complained at the exact moment and the attendant assured I would get my money back in 5 working days. Regards

Muy mal. La señora de la tienda fue super desagradable, nunca me habían hecho sentirme tan mal, tan solo por hacerle una pregunta. Además, el establecimiento no está señalizado como lugar para dejar maletas, y es muy complicado encontrarlo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.
