I made an appointment for a land sale as they dealt with my purchase 12 years ago.Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, arrived to be told he’ll be an hour late. Well, he never turned up. Had to deal with his secretary. I made the appointment with her & explained clearly, why I needed a Notaire. It took her 10 seconds to tell me I couldn’t sell the land. She quite enjoyed herself, shuffling the dossier they created 12 years ago.I asked her to write to my bank. 4 days later she said she was too busy to write a simple letter & it’ll take another week.Now using another Notaire in Lignac. Appointment the next day is a great start.
