TERRIBLE Service.I ordered my ticket on the day of the exhibit. After a few hours I still had not received my ticket so I contacted them again. (I checked Spam). I received their next reply after my allotted time slot at the exhibit so was unable to use the ticket.Their very abrupt response was to indicate that is was my problem and they could do nothing about it.An example of one of their replies to me is below.I would NEVER use or recommend their services again.Dear Sir,I don't know why you did not receive your ticket (maybe it was in your spam) but you were sent the ticket a few hours after your request and a few hours before the exhibition.Therefore we cannot refund you.Best regards,
