The Studio is absolutely fantastic, it is kitted out with all the equipment necessary and is always absolutely spotless. It is just a few minutes walk from the port making it a very convenient location for yacht crew like myself. All the instructors are amazing. I have been doing Pilates with Bianca for some time, both individual and group sessions in The Studio and online. She is just the most incredible instructor. Her knowledge is second to none, she personalises all sessions and really knows what everyone needs, to get the most out of every session.

À adopter immédiatement. Les cours au STUDIO Antibes avec Nathalie sont sérieux et efficaces et se déroulent dans une très bonne ambiance. De plus le cadre est agréable.

Came for a pilates reformer class. Lovely and spacious studio in the hear of Antibes. The space is full of light and really clean. The instructor, Gemma was challenging yet so nice! Would definitely come again.

Je recommande tout particulièrement The studio. Outre un lieu accueillant et tres bien équipé, Nathalie est une excellente professionnelle qui sait apporter une attention particulière à ses élèves et permettre de progresser dans le respect du corps.

I have been using the studio for a number of years and it just gets better and better.The cleanliness, location, quality of teaching and the equipment is fantastic.Having a bad back the teachers really do listen and work towards gaining core strength which has helped me so much.Book a class you will not look back!

My Friday lunchtimes are my time when I can relax and unwind with an hours pilates at The Studio in Antibes. I have had my regular slot for the last 5 years and I love it. The studio has a lovely zen ambiance, spotlessly clean and great one to one tuition. Highly recommend.

One of the very best Pilate Studios. We have been going to Bianca since she opened and she runs a world class studio. We do private sessions from her but she also has other instructors who offer group classes. The studio is very close to Port Vauban and beautifully done. Bianca is one of the very best Pilates instructors anywhere in the world. We are Americans and do Pilates in NYC also.
