Château de la Gaude

The best place I have ever stayed. Beautiful, private, comfortable. Every detail has been carefully thought out and the hotel itself curated by someone with a great eye. The chateau gives the impression of being hosted, rather than staying in a commercial 5 star hotel which is very unique. We will be back!

Cannot say enough about Château de la Gaude! Exceptional location and grounds, so beautiful. Rooms were modern and well designed. The beds were ridiculously good. I had one of the best nights of sleep in my entire life! Food options are spectacular, especially the Japanese restaurant on site. Great pool, just wonderful all around.

Mille mercis pour ce séjour inoubliable dans la chambre au milieu des vignes (n°23)! Un site magnifique avec du personnel aux petits soins. Une superbe expérience culinaire du côté de la brasserie franco-japonaise !! Je recommande évidemment !!!! Nous nous reverrons très bientôt !!!

This is a truly magical experience. The property is not only breathtaking but it exudes luxury.When arriving too early for check in we were whisked away via golf cart to the pool to enjoy our afternoon. Once checked in we were given a tour of the grounds and our room where are bags had magically materialised whilst our car had been parked underground out of the heat.We ate at the Michelin star restaurant which was incredible however you can tell the chefs influence has gone all the way through the hotel with the breakfast being equally as exceptional.A must go!

Un lieu magnifique et somptueux par la diversité des ambiances avec des œuvres d’art disséminés un peu partout. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de la Source. Carte éclectique et service à la hauteur du lieu.Lieu à découvrir absolument !

We stayed here 4 nights for a family vacation. Beautiful chateau/gardens and nicely renovated. We tried the japanese restaurant which was also good. However, service is just not up to standards at all for a hotel in this category. Unprofessional and untrained staff and most of them don’t speak English so communication was difficult. Room service was terrible and we had to ask several times for missing things from our order and it took so long and it was even hard to reach them. Property is so beautiful and even though rooms are renovated, there were stains on rugs and some furniture which is unacceptable for a place like this. We even spoke to the manager during our stay about our concerns but nothing changed. If this place is better managed in the future with more well trained staff, it could be amazing but for now an overall disappointing experience due to service unfortunately.

Tout était parfait, du début à la fin! Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien agencées.L’équipe est au top du restaurant, à l’accueil alors merci à tous.Les restaurants servent d’excellent cocktails qui sortent de l’ordinaire, les menus changent souvent et tous les plats sont de très bonnes qualités.Je recommande évidemment et je reviendrais sûrement.Merci encore

nous avons apprécié notre séjour, cadre magnifique, extrêmement bien entretenu, bravo à l'équipe de jardinage, le top du top, nous avons apprécié la piscine. située à l'écart du château, ce qui nous permet d'être au calme total, nous avons dîner au restaurant Kaiseri. c'est excellent, fin, délicieux. nous avions une chambre très agréable et confortable mais le bruit qui s'échappe des terrasses du restaurant est TRES fort, nous avons dû demander à la réception d'intervenir, il était quand même 23h30, c'est très moyen pour le 5 étoiles, pour le moment, nous avons prévu de retourner au restaurant...

Had an incredible experience here. We stayed in an adorable mini villa in the middle of an orchard. Very clean with amazing amenities. Great grounds to walk around and enjoy. The staff was very kind. The gentleman who led the wine tour talked a bit more about himself than the wine but he was friendly enough. Would love to come back!
