Wow! What a great showcase for Swatch! I went in after visiting the Arc de triomphe to look for some moon watchs and was blow away by the size and scope of the store. Needless to say, I found my watchs and was glad I decided to stop in.

Les vendeurs et les gens de la sécurité sont super gentils et accueillants. Bien organisé, une fois à l’intérieur ça été rapide pour être servis.Personnel attentionné prêt de parapluie.

Super service proposé par une équipe de choc, avec le sourire ! Merci à Marion et à toute l'équipe. Venir pour un polissage et repartir avec un tel sourire est rare, bravo !

Je suis venu aujourd'hui lundi 23 octobre et j'ai eu affaire à une charmante collaboratrice swatch(je ne sais pas si c'est la responsable de la boutique), extrêmement efficace et très professionnelle,j'ai enfin eu accès à la mission to moon.magasin très bien achalandé (ils avaient aussi les modèles Blancpain),personnel polyglotte(un des collaborateurs échangeait en chinois avec une cliente) et sympathique.Bravo !

Expérience détestable a l'occasion de la sortie d'une montre. Une file d'attente interminable en pleine canicule. Rien n'est prévu pour les clients, ni ombre ni eau ni aucune information. Des heures d'attente pour rien car en plus produits indisponibles. Ne pouvaient ils pas le dire aux gens qui attendaient. Swatch fait du greenwashing et un marketing agressif qui encourage le déplacement physique de milliers de personnes et crée une pénurie pour alimenter le marché parallèle. Zéro.

Bonne boutique Swatch. Venu par hasard pour la Omega MoonSwatch et après une fil d'attente, j'ai pu m'en prendre une de ces montres que tout le monde voulait en procurer. Les vendeurs et la sécurité sont accueillants. L'intérieur est plutôt avec les différents montres disposés et les décors.

Terrible experience, some of the worst customer service. The queue was not respected, they let people in front of me, and then they tried to let another. Then there was completely different experiences depending on the salesman, the guy i had just gave me the box. Didn’t even suggest that i try it, and did not tell me about the different straps available. Not sure i have the correct strap size as i don’t trust him. Very rude body language too. I don’t recommend.

No consumer service.Don't want to understand the issue on the watch.Staff will say yes to everything, however they took my gold shine moon, as if they send it to service. And watch got return same way when given.WHAT a Swiss made watch.... please stop using that, or go to real Swiss watch maker and you will understand the difference.Lucky we are in France with customer rights.

Pas accessible pour les personnes handicapées.Pensant qu'il s'agit qu'une seule entrée (aucune mention à l'entrée qu'il y avait une autre entrée" à l'angle)

There was a wonderful rep at the store. But the outsourced security guards wearing black suits were rude. You get what you pay for. Not sure how they are in business. Will never buy a swatch. The outside security guard threatened to slice my neck. Can’t make this up. When I took his picture, he tried to take amd throw my phone. Swatch Corporate should know about this. The security guards followed me into the street and harassed me. You can see them in the picture. They are completely unprofessional. Made me just leave. Based on the manager’s response to the matter and lack of customer service, I will never buy anything from swatch again. The company does not care about customer service. I guess that’s what you do when you don’t care about customer service of your company or brand especially at a flagship store. It was comical and sad..
