I would have appreciated instructions in English, but Milly la Foret is a small place, so it's to be expected that most stuff won't be translated for tourists. It was very confusing to work out how to start the machines as they are unlike any other launderette. You have to input the number of the machine you want to use on a separate controller and then insert the coins in there rather than the machine itself. Then the machine automatically starts, so you gotta select the cycle and put the washing powder in before paying.
