We have a startup. Jerome does not know how to help startups. He logged all of our bootstrapping investment as a debt, which made us a company in difficulty. As a result of this accounting, no investor or bank would touch us. I asked him to recapitalise the accounts and he refused to help us. We found a new accountant that was much better (PennyLane) that did this work for us.
