What a wonderful place to stay. I came on a solo trip for one night, and ended up staying for two!The Mad Hatter's Kitchen is a beautiful building filled with character and charm. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and the rooms are elegantly decorated, clean and comfortable. I loved having a pint on the terrace with its serene views over the surrounding countryside.Super friendly and attentive service, and the food... oh my gosh the food! Best fish and chips in France!

Good food if your missing a proper Sunday lunch get yourself booked in.We went there for a mini 3 day festival.Friday evening Saturday till late Sunday daytime until 18.00hrs great bands and solo artists.The owners and staff are fantastic.Keep a look out for more festivals.

Nous avons pris le repas de Pâques, le menu affiche un prix correct et c'est bon dans l'ensemble, sauf que le restaurant était bondé, beaucoup de bruit avec les conversations et surtout un service très très lent, nous avons attendu 1h20 minute entre l'entrée et le plat principal !Avons passé à table plus de 3 heures en tout pour un apéritif suivi d'une entrée et d'un plat...Visiblement trop de clients et/ou pas assez de personnel, dommage le cadre est sympathique.

FAB music for the weekend. The beer was great. The only problem was the toilets conditions for the amount of people when camping and caravaing. The house itself is a fine place to eat!

Food tasty enough.Overall though a bit scruffy looking, we did feel a bit like we didn't fit in, as every other table were obviously regulars.Service, while it wasn't rude, could have done with being a bit more friendly.We travelled for an hour to get here, won't be making that effort again.

Bitterly disappointed with our group meal. Service slow and haphazard, quality of food poor, friendly but over-familiar approach.Owner's 2 dogs roaming free in dining room and being a bit of a nuisance! Had trouble finding the place in the dark — very poor (absent!) signage
