The hotel common areas are relatively modern, nicely and youngish appointed . Breakfast is nice , staff at reception - friendly and welcoming. Rooms are on the smaller side and old, and could be differently arranged thus be more spacious. A tiny uncomfortable shower and no hand soap at the sink.(upon asking - the young friendly guy at the reception gave me a used liquid soap container, apologizing ) . Our room at the second floor(building B) had a nice terrace, but no light so we could not use it at night. The corridor at building B was dark (even at day time) and in order to turn on the light you have to find the switch on the wall (no auto-sensory lights). Check-out is at 11:00 but they will gladly hold your belongings for a few more hours.Location can be OK : Metro - only a few steps away. The very near neighborhood looks grim at night, but there are a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets in the area . La Villette park , the calm canal , and the amazing Paris Symphony House are only a couple of hundreds meters away.We managed to stay here for four nights. And I know there were guests staying for a longer period.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Quartier sympa avec le métro juste en face de l’hôtel ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Personnel très agréable !Je recommande cet hôtel à petit prix et très confortable !

Séjour de 3 nuits. Je suis amplement satisfaite! Le personnel était aux petits soins du début à la fin.L'hôtel est très bien situé car il est juste en face de la station de métro.Il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Le parc de la Villette, la cité des sciences, le Zénith sont juste à côté.J'ai eu une chambre côté jardin, donc très calme. Elle était propre et la literie confortable. La kitchenette est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, tout y est pour cuisiner dans de bonnes conditions. (Seul point négatif : l'odeur des canalisations qui remonte dans la douche)Le réseau Wi-Fi fonctionnait bien à mon niveau.Le petit déjeuner débute tôt ce qui est pratique si on est en déplacement professionnel. Le choix est plutôt varié et la nourriture de qualité.Je recommande cet hôtel dans lequel je reviendrai très certainement.

Although reception staff was friendly, hotel was pretty low quality overall especially for the price. Shower was full of black mold in corners, and not even a small soap was provided for hand washing. Buffet breakfast was quite limited and after the first day jam was not replenished for the next 3 daysCompletely overpriced for the service, not recommended

The room and breakfast are okay for the price but the place is so loud! I was woken up at 4am by trucks, police, ambulances... And it's been like this the whole night...I do not recommend the place.

My experience: 2 people, 6 nights, twin beds, ground floor, opposite to street side.Cons.1. The toilet flushes too slowly. It took 10 minutes to refill the water tank.2. No daily house keeping. Instead, house keeping was every 4 days.3. The bed sheets were old with obvious dirt. At day 5, they did house keeping. The new bed sheets were newer, cleaner, and smoothier, which were what a hotel should have provided in our first day.4. A bit noisy.5. Too small bed size. We two people (height: 165 cm / 187 cm) both fell down from the bed at night. We are quite sleeper and don't move in the bed. But their beds are too small. You should be careful to avoid falling down. The good thing is the beds were not high so you won't get injured...Pros.1. Perfect locations. 2 steps walk to a Metro station. Convinient to city center by Metro. Meanwhile, 10 minutes walk to two parks and three museums in the 19th district. Not recommend the science museum. Parks are good.2. Good concept. The mini kitchen was a big convinience.3. Supermarkets and good restaurants are nearby. Only 2 minutes walk.4. Warm, smiling and patient service.5. Super fast wifi.6. Free good quality drinking water.

It is barely worth the price. The rooms and the building are extremely loud and you can hear pretty much everything for the hall, above and rooms next to you. The place is not dirty but not terribly clean either. It is a bare bones place which is the reason for the cheaper pricing. I would not recommend and think it is worth to spend a bit more for something more comfortable.

Belle découverte et le personnel est très gentil souriant et aimable, prêt à rendre service, en mettant une salle a la disposition lorsque j'ai expliqué avoir un entretien d'embauche par visio et avoir besoin d'un coin au calme. Je recommanderais votre établissement et si j'ai l'occasion reviendrai chez vous avec plaisir. Merci. Mon séjour m'a réconcilié avec le manque de sympathie et d'amabilité que j'ai rencontré lors de visites dans de célèbres monuments parisiens.Continuez comme ça ! Bravo !
