The food was a very pleasant surprise! We visited Le Bistrot Flaubert expecting a nice french style lunch and we're rewarded with a mind-blowing combination of flavors, textures and presentation. The chef has done an amazing job putting together dishes with unusual" mixes.Not the priciest or the cheapest

Une pépite !J’y allais lorsque c’était encore M. Rostang avec son bistrot d’à côté, il y passait d’ailleurs souvent une tête pour voir si tout allait bien.Menu en 7 temps à 70€, exceptionnel pour ce qu’il y a dans l’assiette.Le chef va vous concocter un menu qui sera plein de saveurs et au final léger.7 plats peut paraître trop mais ça passe tout seul.Nous avons eu des huîtres, ravioles, pigeon, champignons avec anguille… c’est vraiment un super rapport qualité prix.Belle carte des vinsSuper service dynamique et sympathiqueAllez-y !

Excellent throughout. Not only the food is top but we loved how relaxed and familiar the service felt here. A brilliant mix of fine dining and bistro vibes. And one of the best mix of Italian and French cooking I have experienced. Exceptional wine list and great recommendations from Giacomo, the hilarious sommelier. Please book in advance and trust the chef with the 5 course tasting menu, it is an absolute win. Can't wait to be back !

Il y a longtemps qu’un restaurant ne m’avait autant fait voyager avec des saveurs inattendues. Même si nous adorons la cuisine italienne, c’est une inspiration mais sans excès. Le menu en 6 temps est juste parfait. Je vous conseille l’accord mets-vins.

Unexpectedly amazing meal. 5 course tasting was the perfect amount of food, not too much or too heavy at all. Next time we will do the 7 course! Beetroot ravioli was ingenious.Staff was lovely and quite funny. Sommelier picked 2 really excellent wines for us and taught us some new things. We will definitely be back soon.
