I had a wonderful experience at the school. The staff are very friendly, my teacher was wonderful, and I learned so much. The method is very interactive, classes are small (about 10 students), and grammar is taught in the context of the living language. I also met a lot of great students from other countries, mostly much younger than me (my husband and I are here for a sabbatical year and both took classes at the school), but polite, interesting and welcoming.

There was a small skinny and old female teacher who always wears high heels annoyed us a lot. She is absolutely rude and zero respect to her students, completely (professionally) incompetent and totally (personally) uncivilized yet still works with other good teachers. Otherwise this is a very good language school with perfect location. Hope France langue set higher requirements while recruiting teachers. One star missed because of her

I did 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks in separate chunks. I would advise not to do a full course at once, its very intense and time consuming. Almost 5 hours per day. I have a job and cannot commit to long hours. The teaching style is very French" in so far as the teacher is the authority

J’ai envoyé dans la foulée tous les doc personnels et mi septembre je suis toujours en attente d’un retour. Ni les relances marchent ni les apples. Ils sont encore en vacances

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible terrible experience. TL:DR - I paid after asking if they had classes fitting my schedule only to find after I paid that they didn't and then they refused to give me a full refund, and I've still received no money back 90 days later.I signed up for a 5 week course in August to attend Sept-Oct and when I inquired via email if the times/dates would match my schedule (that I provided) based on what was expressed and shown on the website I was assured that there would be a enough classes to fit my schedule. When I arrived to get my student card I was informed that there absolutely no classes to fit my schedule. I had unfortunately already paid (which is a part of their process to take your money). I expressed that I was interested in a refund but they continued to offer non solutions i.e workshops and more extensive courses that when I inquired more about they said oh well actually that wouldn't make sense" so I was offered no real solution. When I finally said no thank you I just want a refund (for the second time) they refused to give me my full refund citing their policy and even saying since I asked "officially" for a refund the day after classes started that I shouldn't even get a refund. They said I would get 75% of my refund and that it would take up to 90 days. I had to make two more trips to the school to provide my banking details. 90 days later I still received no refund and no additional information. After reminding them to give me my refund and once again asking for my full refund due to poor communication and terrible timeliness they said "we've just now processed your refund and no you should feel lucky to receive even 75% of your refund" Would not recommend this headache at all. Wish I could actually speak to the quality of their teaching services but I unfortunately can only speak to how they are great at taking your money because of their convenient policies. Don't give them your money."

As someone who is miles away from France, understandably I had my doubts when I wrote to France Langue Paris about my Language Study Plan. However, Ms. Agathe—the School Representative who replied—restored my faith. How she went the extra mile to take care of my millions of questions still warms my heart.The recent Reviews (some complaints) from other Students is my main reason to write this Review. Fellow Student Candidates: Do not despair! I trust that most of the Team Members in France Langue are as dedicated as Ms. Agathe. I can’t emphasize enough how Ms. Agathe’s Problem-Solving Skills, Clear Communication and above all: Friendly Attitude are my motivation to study at France Langue the soonest.Here’s how Ms. Agathe went above and beyond:- First of all: She compassionately offered for us to e-communicate in English (instead of me trying to use French Google Translate) and her English is impressive!- She proactively checked my Online Placement Test Result (and when she found out I took the wrong test from the France Langue website, she showed me where to go instead)- She really put her Product Knowledge to good use: In addition to how she structures her email so clearly categorized (super helpful!), she took time to let me know what International Students will need to study safely in Paris- When in the end I had to delay my Trip Plan, she still made an effort to follow up with me as a Student CandidateNot only Ms. Agathe has helped to brighten up my day as the Customer Candidate, but she won my loyalty to France Langue! For sure when I’ve completed my Trip Preparation to Paris, France Langue is the Language School I’ll enroll at! Thank you.

Finally they gave me a refund. Now I can finally move on to another school. Thank you so much.(September 1st,2023)————————They haven’t gave back my money yet, and they are not answering my email.(Aug 23rd, 2023)————————They still did not gave my money back.(Aug 3rd, 2023)—————-What you are doing is Fraud.Finish this case before the end of this week.I have heard nothing from your college. It’s been almost 2weeks since your college said they will send me the refund request. However I haven’t heard nothing. If this gets longer then this week then you will hear something from my lawyer.(3rd week of July,2023)———————Registered my class more than a month ago, and they did not registered me in any class, and after the first day they are telling me that there is no class for my level.So I GENTLY asked them for the refund at first and after few days of Emailing, they are almost forcing me to take another class just because it is an upgrade.I refused to take this class at least 3 times in a row because this class is not what I paid for. I do not want to take class which new people comes every week.After this Email they are not replying me back so I am uploading this comment.Such a shame for a famous language school(July 10th,2023)

I really enjoyed my experience at France Langue. The teachers were very kind and genuinely cared about our progress. I also really appreciated the staff at the front desk as they were very helpful and quickly responded to emails. The school also offers guided tours around Paris and a movie club, which was free and a nice way to meet other students. I would recommend!

Edit: the school has improved since my first visit 3 years ago and I now give 5 stars for the nice staff and teachers (at least those I encountered; can't judge everyone c: ). Good value for money.Wrote this 3 years ago (4-star-review): Great location and mostly nice staff (there were some exceptions). The building seems a bit run down, and it was mostly a bit too cold for my taste in the classrooms, but that's nothing special for these kinds of schools. What bothered me a bit though was that even the course setup with the greatest number of lessons only amounts to 23h per week. I would have preferred more.

I payed for 28 hrs a week, but since they’re were no people for the beginners class, they put me with people that had already been taking French classes. Then I said that the class was too challenging for me, and now I have a teacher teaching me French 2 hours a week. When I payed for 4 hours a day. I was supposed to take 28 hours a week.
