UPS Access Point

I sent two packages from Amazon France to this access point. The first carrier reported the package was delivered, but the access point denied that it ever received the package. The package has not been found and the money paid for it appears to be lost. Two days later, the second package, delivered by a different carrier, was reported as refused by the client and was returned to Amazon. The access point denied responsibility. The customer did not refuse the package. I will not use this access point again. I encourage UPS and Amazon to investigate the access point, so other customers will not be victimized.J'ai envoyé deux colis d'Amazon France à ce point d'accès. Le premier transporteur a signalé que le colis avait été livré, mais le point d'accès a nié avoir jamais reçu le colis. Le colis n'a pas été retrouvé et l'argent payé semble être perdu. Deux jours plus tard, le deuxième colis, livré par un autre transporteur, a été signalé comme refusé par le client et a été renvoyé à Amazon. Le point d'accès a nié toute responsabilité. Le client n'a pas refusé le colis. Je n'utiliserai plus ce point d'accès. J'encourage UPS et Amazon à enquêter sur le point d'accès, afin que les autres clients ne soient pas victimes.
