Endrix

I used Cecaudit (now Endrix) for two years and the experience was bad.Though everyone I spoke with on the team was polite and friendly, my emails regularly went unanswered, or were answered sometimes months later.I would frequently receive notices from government offices that my filings were late (déclarations, TVA, etc.).Twice, the accountants assigned to me left the company without any word. After weeks of not getting responses to my emails, I would contact the head of the company who would let me know that my accountant didn’t work there anymore.When my 2020 tax bill was twice as much as it had been in previous years, I asked three different people at Endrix why the taxes were so high and to check that nothing was wrong. I received three responses that the amount I was to pay was correct, and no explanation as to why. A friend of mine later spent several days reading French tax regulations and researching among her contacts and found out that the filing had been done incorrectly and that I was owed almost 8000€ by the French government.Endrix did not help me get this money back or acknowledge the mistake, or reimburse me for the accounting fees I paid them.When I sent notice that I wanted to end our relationship, they did not acknowledge receipt of my email. They did not send my accounting files and documents as I requested multiple times.I don't recommend this company.

Very bad experience - Vincent Domon filled out my tax return incorrectly and as a result I had to pay 152 EUR more than I would have. Despite my telling him I did not have a TV when he asked, he forgot to check the right box on my tax return and I was charged the TV tax. I have been trying to get this fixed for 2 years now but to this date he has not submitted an updated return. Initially he told me he would pay for the TV tax if the tax administration did not drop the charge but all my emails and calls to him remain unanswered.

Nous avions usé" un certain nombre d'expert-comptables avant de les trouver.Je ne peux que me satisfaire pleinement des services qui nous ont été délivrés.Un expert-comptable n'est pas simplement là pour remplir vos obligations administratives et faire vos opérations de fin d'années (et c'est certain que si on oublie de lui dire qu'on n'a pas de télé chez soi
