Incredible! From the moment of booking with this company to checking out I can’t fault them in the slightest. Customer service - excellent, every question answered , emails replied too in less than 24 hours. Webpage easy to manage for payments. Customer service in person when checking in - incredible! Lodge it’s self . Wow . We stayed in Ferme Colline D’en Haut - the pictures do NOT do it justice ! Central location. Extremely high spec. I’ve never ever stayed anywhere that I would rave so highly about than here. Would definately rebook with Elevation Alps. Lindsey in particular was amazing!

Stayed at Le Bonheur in July 2023 excellent location in centre of Morzine. Stayed at Portes du Pleney last year.Both were excellent properties. This year's one was very new, and still had one or two minor issues which Elevation were responsive on.Fully recommend their professional service and approach this year and last and their high quality, well located properties.Responsiveness was consistent across the Elevation Alps team.When going back to Morzine (excellent location for summer hols) will always seek to stay with Elevation Alps.

Nous avons loué Altaka 4 pour quelques jours pour le nouvel an 2021 et le séjour à été parfait ! Kath nous a accompagné sur tout les préparatifs en amont et l'accueil de Lindsay était chaleureux et tout simplement parfait. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe d'Elevation Alps pour ce service impeccable, leur disponibilité et bien évidemment l'appartement sur lequel il n'y avait simplement rien à redire!

Our group stayed in Altaka4 for a week's mountain biking in July... chalet was excellent. Fantastic location, surroundings, well equipped, spotlessly clean. Communication was excellent regarding the booking, access, check-in/out...Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great week in Altaka 4. The apartment was perfect. Comfortable rooms, everything you needed for the week. A supply of wood for the open fire and a great hot tub. The local staff were very helpful. The ski hire service was great, everything delivered and fitted at the residence. Lovely views from the terraces. Not ski out but close enough to slopes anyway. Ski in possible for average skiers. We will definitely use Elevation Alps next time we go to Morzine

The apartment position and 'natural' view is great. The hot tub was clean and enjoyed. Glenda the chalet manager is approachable and welcoming. The kitchen is practically rather awkward to use regularly, (Large draw access below hob) and maybe a few larger pans may have been useful. The downside were mainly Morzine builder's cranes that spoilt the beautiful skyline but otherwise this apartment and the organisation were excellent. Thank you

We spent the Christmas week at joux Plane Hibou with Elevation Alps. The location of the apartment was very good, only a 5 minute walk to the Pleney telecabin. Despite being on the main drag, it was extremely quiet. The apartment was well equipped with very comfortable beds and good showers.Now for the negative points.1. The Christmas Tree. It was barely 5ft high with 7 baubles and lights. For a luxury apartment, I would really have expected something a lot better. I don't think anyone paying a premium price for an apartment in the mountains over Christmas would have erected such a paultry tree in their own house.2. Welcome Pack. Looking at the picture, the pack of sugar included nuts left over from the previous occupants. To be fair, the sugar was replaced but should not have been faced with this in the first place.3. We had a problem with squeaky doors and a very difficult front door lock. We asked that someone came around with WD40 to resolve this. This was done very quickly, thank you for that.There was a problem with the heating in one of the bedrooms. A stand alone heater was brought over to resolve short term and told that someone would come the next day to look at the thermostat. That message was sent the day after arriving but didn't see anyone after that.4. We had someone walk directly into our apartment in relation to a linen pick up/drop off. Apparently, they knocked but my wife did not hear them from the bedroom. Why not use the door bell?Again, not really acceptable service.5. Communication. Maybe my personal opinion but the personal touch is lost. No personal emails but auto generated ones were sent. For example, I received an email on the departure information the day after we arrived home. This should've been sent 48 hours earlier. There was no communication, a courtesy call to see if everything was alright during our stay. All we got was another auto generated email on our return asking us to go to Google and write a review. We have just returned after a great week staying in Altaka 4 in Morzine. The apartment was perfect. Spacious living room, roomy bedrooms , decked outside area and hot tub. Perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 young children.The staff at Elevation Alps were very helpful.We used their recommended ski hire and ski lessons and it all worked well. Despite having no snow in Morzine and having to travel to Avoriaz everyday to ski we had a great week. We would certainly return and recommend to anyone.

Notre location s'est parfaitement passé.Le chalet était propre.Nous avons pu entrer dès notre arrivée.Lindsay a été très disponible et a répondu à toutes nos questions, en français qui plus est !Merci à toute l'équipe !
