1er cours de yoga nidra avec Kristyna!Professeur de yoga bienveillante et très sérieuse.Séance d'environ une heure, très bien menée.On se sent particulièrement bien après celle-ci. A refaire !

I am enjoying our private and group lessons immensely. The level of empathy, knowledge and dedication she brings to the classes make me feel connected on a deeper level often intuitively. Here I have experienced classes in which I felt so much in flow, I did not know if I was guessing the next moves or she just knew exactly what my body needs in that specific moment. There are many Yoga teachers out there, but hardly any you can really connect with on that level. Every class is a blessing tailored to your needs. Thank you from my heart for your guidance! Namaste
