Lieu magnifique! J’ai toujours été très bien conseillé dans mes achats, le gérant est fort sympathique et prend vraiment le temps de nous aider et de comprendre notre goût / besoins. Ce qui est très appréciable quand on ne s’y connaît pas trop. Ça fait 2-3 ans que j’y vais régulièrement pour faire des cadeaux à mes proches (Noël, anniversaires, etc.). Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Poor customer and aftercare service, Antonin G from Zebres never responded back to my last email. I had purchased a few bespoke pieces by Pendhapa through Zebres, a workbench, a dining table with 4 chairs and a coffee table. The bench drawers couldn’t be opened, there is a crack at the bottom of the dining table. Not only they refused to repair them, Antonin was being very unhelpful and being passive aggressive in the email “offered” to take back my bench and refund to me. However, I had paid custom and duties which I would have lost a lot of money if I did. I asked if they could repair my pieces as part of the aftercare. Antonin G did not reply. They not only don’t care, they would leave you feel miserable after taking your money, they are bespoke and I expected they are high quality, however they are not and faulty! If you buy from them, you will be the next to experience the above.Update: I have realised there is a crack underneath the dining chair, i seldom sit on that chair, mostly my cat would and I highly doubted she made that crack. Also uploaded some photos for uneven drawers instalments and crack underneath the table (for the last two issues I have mentioned to both Zebres and Pendhapa which they refused to respond and resolve).Response to your reply:You never replied to me until I made a review about your company on google. Your silence and no response are something that I want to share with other customers here. You clearly do not understand when you are selling bespoke piece, your service and attitude matters. Both Zebres and Pendhapa played games with me after I needed help, with no response until this moment. It was horrible, if you are a customer seeing my review, this is EXACTLY what you will go through. Best of luck.
