The apartment was great and had everything we needed…. Very great location!! It is in great condition!What was the best of all was the fantastic service of the property management group..Bordeaux Autrement . Cynthia was marvellous!! She attended all our needs promptly. If she couldn’t help she sent a colleague and he was wonderful too !!I can say they are top notch in all aspects..Thanks to all ! It made such a difference!!

Great apartment, well furnished and kitted out, and very central. No problem collecting key/ dropping off key/great service from Emma and Cynthia. It was perfect for our 3 night stay

The flat rented through Bordeaux Autrement was very nice and corresponded to the pictures on the website. We had a stay of several months in Bordeaux and we were treated very carefully and helpfully during the whole rental period. There were also no extra or hidden costs. We can highly recommend the service of Bordeaux Autrement and would book through the agency again at any time.

Nous avons séjourné 14 jours dans le charmant appartement du 9 rue Condillac.Toutes les commodités requises sont disponibles, incluant un stationnement intérieur à 10 minutes à pied. Sa localisation est parfaite tant pour se déplacer à pied, en tram qu'en auto pour les visites hors de Bordeaux. Le personnel de Bordeaux Autrement est aidant et dîigent. N'hésitez pas, excellent choix!

Sadly to say but the company has become totally abusive in their charges and no consideration with the covid problematic. Even after informing them of the impossibility to arrive at the beginning of the rental date, due to positive covid result, they didn’t reimburse the money for the 3 nights we couldn’t use. This lack of sensibility, shows that they are more interested in your money than in offering a quality rental service. Shame in you!After reading your response, It is my obligation to clarify, that your company was aware every time of the situation, because I maintained them informed with many weeks in advance. So nothing was done outside of the cancelation policy.Moreover, your company didn't want to reimburse the money that I have given as a deposit , even though I asked for it (email from 15 of October), and my arrival date was the 23 rd, and I arrived the 24th. Therefore, I was, as you mention in you email, entitled to my refund. No giving my deposit back was then illegal.Even more, the original price agreed was 95.50 euros /night but it was increased to 140 euros/night , even though, I informed your company of the new measures taken by the France government, that made it more difficult to enter the country. I ended up paying 177 euros/night. This is outrageous!Therefore Arnaud, since your company didn't act accordingly your own terms of contract and reimburse me the deposit when I asked for it, ( 9 days in advance) you should be liable. This is my proposal, you should at least reimburse me, the difference in the price from 140 to 95.5 for the 8 night that I stayed in the apartment. Not doing so, will simply indicate you do not stand by your own company contract agreement.RegardsPedro

Expérience cauchemardesqueBordeaux Autrement loue l’appartement situé en dessous de chez nous. Barbecues, tapages diurnes, tapages nocturnes, nombreux visiteurs et fumette sont au rendez-vous.Ces locataires sont toujours là, sans perspective pour la copropriété que cette expérience cauchemardesque cesse.------------------------Avis complémentaire, en réponse à Bordeaux Autrement (découverte à ce jour)Une descente de police a eu lieu dans notre immeuble il y a plusieurs semaines: il s'est avéré que les occupants à qui louait Bordeaux Autrement, dont un en particulier, état fiché comme un criminel dangereux, relevant du grand banditisme. Je demande publiquement à Bordeaux Autrement des excuses, avec un prêt pour intention de racisme inadmissible pour moi même et mon compagnon, arabe faut il le préciser.Désinvolture honteuse. Phrases toutes faites et faussement respectueuses -s'abtsenir.
