Bonne crèche, les accompagnantes sont top rien à dire

In all fairness the creche could be very nice, however, I find that the entreprise needs to improve!I am a young mother looking for a solution for my 3 month old son- I called the Zazzen company and was nicely greeted by a Monsieur Clement Large in the 17arrondissement. He explained the necessary steps and to call à Monsieur Jerome Rigert (sp?) as he occupies my area (Asnieres). I call Mr. Rigert in the morning and his secretary informs me that he is on a call and to call him back in 10 minutes- I do so, he is at lunch, she informs me that he would give me a call upon his return. It is now in the evening with no response... I call him at end of day and his secretary puts me on hold just to return and tell me that there is no place available and that he won’t be calling me back. I find this as a lack of professionalism. He made me feel very horrible through his actions. Even if there is no space in your creche it is still your job to kindly reject inquiries . Finding a mode de guard is already very very stressful, if you are not adept at speaking with mothers about this, then you should not work in the creche industry...
