No transparency about the whole process and communication with airline. Generic Emails with no response and additional costs in case of cancellation of the claim. Besides unfair terms and conditions and insufficient service level. All in all no serious business!!

Suivi inexistant - réponses automatiques sur messenger et sur leur site, pas de réponse aux emails... dossier ouvert depuis fin 2016... tellement déçus...
