I called and asked for a taxi with the pick-up place being closer than 1 kilometer to the business address, destination was within 3 kilometers. I was asked to wait 20-30 minutes so the employee on the phone could find a driver for me which would call me back eventually. This was one hour ago, no one has contacted me. Absolute garbage.
