Do not book with Eurocar Lourdes!!!This branch was closed even though the email said they would be open. We had to take a taxi to Eurocar Pau were they hired us the car and told us Eurocar Lourdes is now shut which begs the question why can we book for Eurocar Lourdes and they remain shut?Credit to the Lady from Eurocar Pau who gave us a credit for the fare of the taxi but she wasn't apologetic about Lourdes Eurocar being shut...Over all it cost me a half a day. Last time I will hire with Eurocar

J'ai loué une voiture les deux derniers étés à cette agence (15 jours en 2020, 1 semaine en 2021). Je fus très satisfaite de ces deux réservations. Personnel agréable, compétent, serviable et arrangeant. Voitures : RAS. Je recommande l'agence Europcar de Lourdes.

Did not pick up their phone lines which was very frustrating. Also it says they are closed when they are actually open.

La personne au téléphone nous dit A, et une fois en agence il nous dit B. 300€ en mois , et un déménagement d’annulé. Si on ne connaît pas son métier, on fait une formation ou on change de taff.Je vous conseille fortement d’aller ailleurs.Merci quand même à la femme au niveau de l’accueil très gentille et qui a su nous diriger.Mais monsieur, changez de boulot.
