Appart Hôtel - Séjours et Affaires Montreuil St Mandé

Un appartement à la limite de Paris et à moins d'un kilomètre du bois de Vincennes, le tout pour un prix raisonnable, voilà une bonne base arrière pour visiter la capitale. On peut bien sûr préparer ces repas mais le coin regorge d'estaminets et restaurants dans lesquels on boit et on mange bien pour un prix très raisonnable. Les appartements sont calmes et grands avec tout le confort. Le petit déjeuner copieux peut être pris sur place dans une salle du RDC. Seul petit bémol, impossible d'annuler une réservation sans frais même si vous annulez très longtemps à l'avance.

Pour un établissement faisant hôtel et résidence étudiante c'est correct !La chambre est propre pas trop mal isolée. Certains meubles ont du vécu mais pour y dormir etc cela convient parfaitement.

Appart hôtel à saint-mandé très sympa, les personnes du petit déjeuner ainsi qu'à l'accueil sont très aimables, merci à vous... par contre je dénonce, on nous demande de faire des économies d'énergie ! Au secours!!! il faudrait que les sociétés à côté comme la BNP éteignent les lumières la nuit et aussi durant la journée... petite réduction de puissance le dimanche, sinon toute la semaine les lumières sont restées allumées NUITS ET JOURS !!! Zéro pointé à eux...

Horrible, terrible, terrible, stay away from this hotel if you don't want to get in trouble during your trip. The correct one would be zero stars, we arrived on Sunday, there was no reception, the check-in machine at the hotel did not work, so we had to ask the residents of the building for help to get in. A girl helped us by calling the hotel's emergency number, so we managed to get inside. The other day, we went to the reception and a fee was charged in addition to the amount already paid for the stay, and the girl did not change our electronic card to enter the room, so we arrived at night and we were unable to enter the room, we had to ask for help again residents to call the emergency phone, a guy helped us and we were able to get into the room. The other day, we went to the reception to change the card, the girl thought it was bad saying because we had the emergency card and not the definitive one, ignorant receptionist. He gave us another card, but on the same day we couldn't open the door again, and it was a holiday, there was no reception at the hotel, so we called the hotel's emergency number, believe that the person who answered told me to find someone who spoke French because he didn't speak other languages, luckily, one of the receptionists stopped by the hotel to do I don't know what, then my wife went down to talk to her about the card, the girl almost hit my wife, she said that the agent didn't know how to open a door , that we were ruining the door card, and he said it was a holiday and he couldn't answer us. So after a lot of arguing and yelling, she went up in the room and saw that the door wouldn't open, so she took a screwdriver, and two batteries, changed the batteries in our door and then the card worked and no apologies she asked, a chaos. We had to ask several times to do room service, and when it was done they didn't take out the trash, and I had to buy toilet paper because they didn't change it, terrible. The room was good, but the service was terrible, the bed smelled like pure cigarettes, it feels like I slept in an ash.

Chambres correctes et spacieuses bien agencées . Seul bémol le petit déjeuner assez décevant :pas de vrai café suite panne de machine sur plusieurs jours et assez frugal.

We like: We like the location of the apartments, it is not far from Saint-Mande subway station. Room was good enough for two people. Small kitchen with electric cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, everything you need to prepare the breakfast, dinner, lunch. There is restaurants and bars in walk distance from the apartments. In 10 minutes walking distance there is a big supermarket Carrefour. The hot water is heated by the electric boiler and for us it was enough.We didn't like: No air conditioning. That days was hot weather in the Paris and was also hot in the room. We had small issue with the shower gel in the bathroom, it was empty and we remind the personnel two days, so only on third day of our stay we got shower gel. We booked room for two persons, but room was prepared like for one. Luckily we got missing towels very fast. Coffee and tea was not added for the next days, it was only on the day of arrive. We booked room with one full bed, but in real life is was just two beds placed together. Price can be little bit cheaper than 110 EUR/night.

Pour un sejour d’affaires d’une semaine au moins cet hôtel est ideal. Son emplacement proche de nombreuses stations de metro avec de nombreux commerces aux alentours le rend très pratique. On peut regretter l’absence de variété pour le petit-déjeuner qui est souvent le même et qui manque d’option pour les personnes vegan par exemple. On n’a pas souvent le temps de cuisiner en voyage pour affaires c’est donc pas tres pratique. Sinon ça reste tres basique pour les services rendus. On peut aussi regretter l’absence de réception en soirée et le dimanche, faut juste s’y habituer.

The only star I give is for the lady chk out for me. She was very nice, helpful and polite. The hotel itself is errrr. The auto chk-in machine never works; however the front desk is closed at 7 pm. It's so inconvenient and have to make several calls to get help. In the end, still not able to chk inThe facility is not very ok.if you wanna have a good time in Paris
