Yoga the way it was originally thought like hundreds of years back and the way it is to be .Has deep understanding of the sciences of the human mechanism and how it works .I was a part of the hata yoga program he conducted in Goa , India -the way he conducted the program was very welcoming and with a hint of a fun element to it

Très bon studio de Yoga à Paris 11ème pour apprendre le Isha Yoga de Sadhguru, j'ai bien aimé la précision de l'enseignement, et comme c'est du Hatha Yoga classique la pratique se fait gentiment et en conscience, parfait même pour un débutant comme moi.

Amadeo est très professionnel et bienveillant. J'ai apprécié la structure du cours et le fait que ce soit ouvert à tous les niveaux, chacun peut aller à son propre rythme. Enfin du yoga authentique. Les enseignements de Sadhguru sont de puissants outils de transformation que je conseille à tout le monde.Agréable studio au cœur de Paris.

L’effet de la petite retraite d’un wk avant la rentrée était étonnement puissant !! Très bon rapport qualité-prix.Je recommande vivement. Il y a des cours pour tous les niveaux et dégrée de souplesse.
